Our Story
Since opening its doors in 1992, The Gun Lady has been committed to providing honest guidance, quality firearms, and exceptional customer service to responsible firearm owners throughout the Tri-State area.
The business was founded by Anne, whose passion for firearms, education, and customer service established the values that continue to define The Gun Lady today. Anne believed that purchasing a firearm was more than simply making a sale. It was about ensuring every customer had the knowledge, confidence, and understanding necessary to own and use firearms safely and responsibly.
Today, The Gun Lady proudly continues that tradition as a family-owned and operated business under the leadership of Maria and her daughter, Annemarie. Together, they carry forward Anne's legacy by providing a welcoming environment where first-time firearm owners, experienced shooters, sportsmen, collectors, and concealed carry permit holders receive personalized attention and honest advice.

Picking up your Firearm?
To ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely pickup experience, we ask that customers contact our store 24 to 48 hours prior to their intended firearm pickup date.
Providing advance notice allows our staff sufficient time to verify all required documentation, complete any necessary processing, and have your firearm prepared and ready for transfer upon your arrival.
Our goal is to minimize wait times and provide every customer with prompt, professional service. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to enhance our pickup process.
